The British Institute of Fitted Interiors Specialists (BIFIS) is pleased to announce Kitchen Trade Suppliers (KTS) as its newest Advocate, further strengthening the Institute's growing network of businesses committed to using their reach and influence to drive positive change and raise standards across the fitted interiors sector.
Established in 1996 and based in Sheffield, KTS is a distributor of a wide range of appliances, sinks, taps, worktops and kitchen components, sourcing products leading brands including Neff, Bosch, Haier and Hotpoint. The business is well-known for its exceptional customer service and extensive product inventory, providing over 8,000 items in stock.
KTS joins an expanding community of manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and service providers supporting BIFIS and its mission to drive positive change. As a BIFIS Advocate, KTS will work alongside the Institute to champion best practice, promote professional standards and support initiatives designed to improve skills, competence and consumer confidence throughout the fitted interiors sector.
Damian Walters, CEO of BIFIS, said "We're delighted to welcome Kitchen Trade Supplies to the BIFIS family. Advocacy from respected businesses across the supply chain plays a vital role in helping us create a more professional and more sustainable installation industry. KTS shares our values and aspirations of the industry, and we look forward to working together on initiatives that benefit both installation professionals and consumers alike."
Commenting on the partnership, Rebecca Gregory, Commercial Director at KTS (pictured), commented "Joining BIFIS as an Advocate reflects our commitment to supporting higher standards across the fitted interiors sector. We recognise the important work the Institute is undertaking to improve competence, professionalism and consumer confidence, and we're proud to be supporting that journey. We look forward to working with BIFIS and contributing to the positive future of our industry."
The announcement comes as BIFIS continues to expand its network of Partners and Advocates, bringing together organisations from across the fitted interiors supply chain to support its work in education, skills development, competency, compliance and industry engagement.
