The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation is deeply saddened to share the news that Geoffrey Jackson, one of BiKBBI's founding inspectors, passed away last week.
Geoff is the father of Claire Walters, a member of BiKBBI's staff, and the father-in-law of BiKBBI CEO Damian Walters. Geoff passed away at home in Rainham, Essex, on Friday, surrounded by his family after a short battle with Motor Neuron Disease (MND).
Geoff joined BiKBBI in 2017, contributing significantly to the development of its national inspection service following a long and successful career in The Metropolitan Police Service. His expertise in delivering forensic reports and his methodology in conducting inspections have left a lasting impact on BiKBBI's national inspection service.
BiKBBI extends its heartfelt condolences to Geoffrey’s wife Sheila, daughter Sarah, family and friends, and to BiKBBI's Claire and Damian, during this difficult time.
